The Initial Offerings Experience

Planning a wedding or special event should be exciting—not overwhelming. My goal is to make sure that when it comes to your stationery and paper details, you feel completely taken care of. From our first conversation to the moment your invitations are in the mail, I'll guide you through the entire process so you can enjoy the experience without the stress.

Let's Get to Know Each Other

The best projects begin with a great relationship. I love starting with a FaceTime consultation where we can get to know each other, discuss your vision, share inspiration, and talk through your ideas. Together, we'll create a plan that fits your style, priorities, and budget.

The Details

After our consultation, I'll prepare a customized proposal outlining your stationery pieces, pricing, and timeline. You'll have the opportunity to review everything, ask questions, and make adjustments. We can always refine the scope—whether that's simplifying the suite to meet your budget or adding those special details you fell in love with.

Once you're ready to move forward, a 60% deposit to reserve your place on my design calendar.

Custom Design

Now for the fun part!

I'll create two original design concepts tailored to your style and event. From there, we'll combine your favorite elements, refine every detail, and make thoughtful revisions until the design feels uniquely yours.

Whether you prefer to follow every tradition or put your own modern spin on wedding etiquette, I'll help guide you every step of the way.

Proofing & Final Review

Once every detail has been finalized, you'll receive a comprehensive proof to review. Share it with your fiancé, family, planner.  We'll make any final refinements before sending everything to print.

Printing, Assembly & Mailing

When your proofs are approved, I'll coordinate the production of your stationery with one of my trusted print partners to ensure every piece is beautifully crafted.

From there, you can choose the level of service that's right for you. I can handle printing, addressing, assembly, postage coordination, and mailing, or I can deliver everything carefully packaged and ready for you to assemble and send yourself.

Either way, you'll receive beautifully finished stationery without the stress of managing all the details yourself.

Invitation Mailing Services

Yes! I'd be delighted to handle the assembly and mailing of your wedding or event invitations, allowing you to check one more item off your to-do list.

From assembling your invitation suites to preparing them for the mail, every detail is handled with care. I will curate the appropriate USPS postage based on the size, weight, printing method, and embellishments of your invitation suite, ensuring each piece meets postal requirements before mailing.

Before your invitations are mailed, I'll provide photographs of the completed mailing for your records. Once your invitations have been delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS), responsibility for delivery transfers to USPS. While I take every precaution to ensure your invitations are properly assembled, packaged, and prepared for mailing, Initial Offerings cannot be responsible for postal delays, damage, or items lost in transit.

How much should I budget?

On average couples spend $1500-$5000 for wedding invitations and stationery, based on total guest count and the complexity of the suites. Initial Offerings minimum for weddings is $1000. Corporate and personal milestone events usually start at $300 based on guest counts/complexity.

How Long Will It Take?

Every project is unique, and timelines can vary depending on the complexity of your design, printing methods, embellishments, and how quickly approvals are received. Below are general timeframes to help you plan.

Corporate, Social & Personal Stationery
Custom stationery for corporate events, social occasions, and personal correspondence is typically completed within 2–4 weeks from the start of the design process. More intricate projects or delayed approvals may extend the timeline slightly.

Full Custom Wedding Invitations & Day-of Stationery
A fully custom wedding invitation suite—including design, proofing, printing, assembly, and mailing—generally takes 6–8 weeks. Projects featuring specialty printing such as letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, or custom embellishments may require additional production time.

For the best experience, I recommend beginning the invitation process 4–6 months before your wedding, allowing plenty of time for design, guest addressing, mailing, and RSVP deadlines.

Personalized Wedding Invitation Collection
My personalized wedding invitation collections are designed for couples who want beautiful, professionally designed invitations with a faster turnaround. Initial proofs are typically ready within 5-8 business days, and most orders are completed within 3–6 weeks, depending on printing selections and approval times.

When Will My Order Ship?

Online stationery orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Custom invitation and stationery orders follow the production timelines outlined in the How Long Will It Take? section and will ship once final proofs have been approved and production is complete.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Most online orders ship via UPS Ground or** FedEx Ground and tracking details are provided**.

Expedited shipping options may also be available upon request.

International Shipping

At this time, Initial Offerings ships within the United States only.

If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact me before purchasing. I'll be happy to discuss whether international shipping can be accommodated.

Returns & Exchanges

At Initial Offerings, every order is thoughtfully prepared with great care. Because all our products are custom-made or personalized, all sales are final.

Damaged Items

If your stationery or gift items arrive damaged during shipping, please contact me within 5 days of delivery so I can make it right.

To expedite the replacement process, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the damage

• Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

Whenever possible, damaged items will be replaced with the same item at no additional cost.

Replacement Orders

Approved replacement orders are typically processed within 1 business day and shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
